Η καρδούλα μας χτυπάει Ελληνικά
When I posted this photo on my Instagram a while back it got a lot of love.
I promised I would share this lesson with you and here I am!

I did this with my Year 1 class. I love when each student got to contribute to the finished product. How we did this mural. Day 1: Print these little hearts Use the link greek flag hearts to download the pdf. Ask children to colour them with blue marker or colouring pencil.  Ask them to cut these out  They can even write down their names on their heart. Day 2: Give them a letter to colour and then ask them to put their letters in the correct order to create the motto "Η καρδούλα μας χτυπάει Ελληνικά".     And at the end it is glue time!!! Apparently this is a great motto. Our class presented it in front of the school and all were so excited with it. Even our head mentioned that this should be our school motto.
